I don't think I've ever seen a mainstream fast food restaurant open at 10:00 and close at 5:00. You at least need to put a sign... up that's readable from the road so people don't waste their time stopping at your establishment since you don't want to beopen. Read more
No employees were in there today. The lobby was locked and I sat at the order window for 2 minutes with no answer. I drove... around to the window and it was totally dark inside. Even though their hours state that they close at 5pm. Might ad well justshut this location down. PATHETIC!!!!! Read more
Other reviewer was right. Pulled into the drive thru at 8:39 exactly, the place was open all the lights were on and employees... were inside. I sat at the intercom for 5 minutes talking to myself waiting for a reply. None came. Went around to the drive thruwindow. Knocked on the glass and some black employee looked at me and then looked back down continuing to do nothing. Wentaround on foot to the entrance of the lobby. Door was locked, sign on the door said drive thru only... Right next to the hoursof operation which states the close at 9pm. Here again the useless black employee looked at me like "what, can't you tell Idon't want to lift a finger?" And ignored me. Automation cannot come fast enough. Read more
This place is all right normally, nothing special just okay and would merit three stars typically. But they like to close down... early which is super annoying when I get here at 8:52 and they close at 9:00 but they already have locked the doors and shutdown the drive through that's not right. It says right there on the door closes at 9:00 not 8:50 or 8:52. Read more
January 3, 2021 figured I'd start the year off with a nice Beef and Cheddar, but looks like its more 2020 bull. So its called a... beef and cheddar, there is a picture of cheddar flowing out the sides of stacked beef on the drive thru menu. Yet what you getis a nonexistent dollop of liquid cheddar on top of cold beef. I have ordered hamburgers from McDonald's that had more cheese onthem. Does the person making the sandwiches know that the liquid cheddar isn't coming from his/her personal stash or out oftheir paycheck, unless skimping on cheddar is in direct correlation to their end of year bonus. If that was the case thoughwhy give me six Arby's sauce for one sandwich, or is there a liquid cheddar shortage i don't know about? Either way thissandwich maker needs to be taken out back and Beaten to Death with the bag of Liquid Cheddar and it won't take long since theirhoarding it all. Just think these are the people who will be making $15 an hour soon, yet can't make an overly priced coldsandwich correctly. What a Joke, won't be back. Read more
Cashier has no clue what's going on. Input wrong items after clearly being told what we wanted. Meat is literally gray like it's... a 10 year old zombie on walking dead. I still ate it but I'm brave like that. The grey meat sandwich was also completelysmashed. Learn how to pack a bag of food. 1 star, hope it burns down. Read more
Don't do drive thru... they legit can't make an order correct... kinda rude too but thats fastfood...
