Arby's had no roast beef. Service was good but how does Arby's not have roast beef
Went to the arby's across from target and saw the sign for the reesies cookie. When we tried to order was told they don't start... selling them until late September from the older woman and I think her daughter that work there. Went back that same day to getchocolate shakes and found out that they DO have them and was told by another employee these women do this all the time, saythey are out of items, even roast beef when clearly they are not. The employees turn off as many lights as they can at night to look closed. Then don?t answer at the speaker box. Only until you... see thru the drive through food window do you realize there are several employees. Even after getting their attention they weretoo ?out of it? to take an order. Read more
Literally never had curly fries cooked perfectly no extra crispy ones, no soggy ones, just deliciousness!
I never leave bad reviews but this arbys has the rudest employees I have ever met. The only people who were decent was the... manager with the curly hair and the girl with the bun and the neck tattoo. It?s like this every time I come WHAT IS YALLSISSUEEE!!! This Arby's continues to impress me. The lobby is nice and the team seems to work well. Myquez was quick to take my order and... fullfill it. When customers were not waiting he promptly went back to cleaning the lobby. Would recommend this location if youare in the area. Read more
Went through the drive thru today. Ordered fish sandwich, fries, and mac and cheese. They told me fries were not ready and for... me to please pull up and they would bring it out. After 15 minutes, a woman came out with an incorrect order. I couldn't waitany longer so I asked for a refund. I gave her my receipt and left as I had to get back to work. So far, I haven't seen my$12.55 refund. No worries Arby's manager. I will just dispute with my bank and get my refund myself. NEVER going back here. Not even an apology. UPDATE: I'd love to go to the website you provided. However, the Arby's I'm referring to doesn't exist asa choice on your drop down. Just another example of your poor customer service as a company. By the way - my bank did refundme the money you stole. Unbelievable. UPDATE: I cannot go to your website to issue a complaint as the address for thisparticular Arby's is not listed on your dropdown.
