Service and food at this location have been subpar at best for a while. This last time was the last. 25 plus mins for a simple... order and they were not busy! The manager just told everyone he doesn't know what the issue is and the woman cooking say shedoesn't know she just cooks. Well trust me they are the issue There were maybe 4 orders total and everyone was waiting reallylong. One guy even said his food wasnt even hot! How do you even do that? We really like Arby's. The issue is they don't open on time. It says 10:00 am but when you are at the speaker at 10:30 one day... and 10:00 am and 10:15 am on 3 sepetate visits and no one comes to the speaker to say we are closed we sat there till werealized they weren't going to respond and went else where. The food, and milk shake was good. They needed to clean some of the tables in the dining area.
The manager Eric is amazing!!! We talked at the front as I ordered my food for myself and my kids. Knowing 2 of my babies had... just left the dr getting shots. So we stopped in to get shakes for them I came in here with 3 of my kids and he went above andbeyond to make sure we enjoyed our time eating inside. He brought our food to the table and was just all around an amazingperson. Made our entire experience worth wanting to come in and eat again ???? Read more
