$9.00 for a ?Small? chicken sandwich combo. Sandwich was plain and tasted okay, Crinkle fries was good, drink cup was really... small. Compared to the same type meal from Chick-fil-A? No comparison. We went to the drive thru to place our order. The person taking our order was very polite and kind. Several items on the drive... thru menu board were marked unavailable, luckily it was nothing we were ordering. Once we placed our order, we pulled up to thenext window to pay. I had a $10 off $30 online coupon which I showed the cashier and they gladly accepted it. The cashier wasfriendly and polite. They offered a car cup holder for our 3 shakes. When our food was ready, they told us the first bag had thefries and condiments and the second bag had the sandwiches. The whole process from ordering to receiving our food was less than10 minutes. The food was fresh and hot, employees polite, professional and friendly. We will definitely come to this Arby's onMayport Road in the future! Thank you for a pleasant experience, you guys are great! Tried their new burger, supposed to be med with pink inside, NOT! Won't order again! I went there mainly to get my Grandson Reed... an Orange mil k shake, his favorite, after I picked him up from school. I do come here fairly often for lunch or dinner,thankful for the coupons that I use often. Being a 72 yr old senior, and Disabled Vietnam Veteran on a fixed income every breakI can get is welcomed! 6:30pm. Typical dinner rush... however the large fry I received were cold, and tasted like they?d been refried a few times. ...
