11/11/2022 - 10:46:53 P.M. - I ordered six (6) different items which are reflected on my receipt. I did not receive all 6 items... requested, but 5 of the items that I paid for. I purchased the "1 RB Half Pound Meal" and received the curly fries and the "1Drink-LG ADD Coke" as a Sprite. Where is the rest? My second order contained a large Coca Cola, I also received a large Sprite.Excuse me?? Turned around, you guys were closed. You charged me a total of $23.20 and I am more dissatisfied than I have wordsto express. Absolutely deplorable. Order given over the drive through, collected onto your computer and then translated onto myreceipt. Incorrect items provided by you, even though my receipt reflects you knew what I wanted. Yes, you were "nice", butniceness does not cover the bill. You work to get paid, I work to get what you work for, just like I work to be able to pay youso you can get paid. The conundrums are real. I will not be returning. I mean, "Taco Bell led the pack in speed of service, withan average time of about 221 seconds, followed by Dunkin? Donuts, KFC and Arby?s. But this metric doesn?t factor the number ofcars in line. In that category, Chick-fil-A is the clear leader, with 16% of its lines surveyed counting ten or more cars.McDonald?s, which was in second place, only had 2% with that many customers," as per CNN. They lie about what time they close, on google it clearly says 10 but a manager answered the phone to say they close at 9pm.... Which is beyond misleading this is my second time going the first time the mozzarella sticks were beyond cold because afterbiting into it the cheese broke in half like a Kit Kat? clearly this entire store needs new workers that know the correctclosing time & know how to properly prepare the food. This location has been hit or miss but today is enough...Poor quality of food! Just ordered a Buffalo roasted chicken sandwich.... There are more toppings than meat, no Buffalo sauce, bread is almost hard (probably stale) and what is supposed to be ranch isjust plain mayo which I don't eat (gags). Also forgot the 2 turn overs we ordered, which I should have checked, but come on! Atleast they got the fries and drinks right...they've messed up too many times not to write a review at this point. Good service and a short wait considering only 2 people closing on a Tuesday night. Great portions on the sandwiches! The... personal favorite is the Greek Gyro but I have always loved the Roast Beef and Cheese. Tried The Chicken Cheddar Ranch since itwas on special! Not sure whats going on lately but the food here has gone down hill. The roast beef lately has been gray and hard in some spots.... Like its been left out from the day before. Part of it even had a greenish color on the edge. This has to be fixed big time!!!! Read more
I ordered the ultimate BLT on onion bun. This is what I got. This was an ultimate disappointment. Really 3 pieces of bacon. Not... 3 strips but one strip broken into 3 pieces. Then no Mayo??? The workers were super nice because there was a long wait but Iseriously need to check the bacon status before I leave. So sad. Read more
The food was good but the customer service is severally lacking at this location. The lasy with the neck tattoo working the... drive through window has a bad attitude. Rolled her eyes when I said I have a coupon, then when I waited at the window for asecond to get some sauce for my food she opened the window back up and said "I guess you need something else?".
