Last week store out of drinks at lunch time, on 10/12/22 out of turkey sliders, got 5 each roast beef and chicken no cheese... bread tastes like old dry biscuits I'm done. Stop blaming supply chain. the food never looks like the menu pictures , so wegave the rest to some homeless guys on the corner and went to McDonald's across the street. I came through your drive-through at 5660 Beach Blvd. I had been there earlier in the day and tried to order some of your... strawberry cream pies they told me that it would be a wait somewhere about eight or 10 minutes I told him I could not do thatthat I would come back I returned to that store about 20 minutes till and tried to order Three or four of your strawberry creampies no one would answer the intercom the intercom was lit up the ordering board the menu was lit up your sign out on the streetwas lit up the whole restaurant was lit up I tried to get someone to speak to me over the speaker they would not answer so Idrove around to the drive-through window where I looked in and there were people hiding in the back of your restaurant where thefood is prepared. I honked my horn nobody answered I looked up and on the wall in your restaurant I saw what time it was and noone would come to the window no one would answer the intercom for the drive-through it was at a quarter till 11. I looked at thesign on the windows of the drive-through where it said you were open till 11 o?clock. I went around the restaurant someone hasturned the lights off in the dining room and I drove through and saw people hiding in the kitchen waving at me to go on. But yetyour drive-through menu board was still lit up along with your street sign was lit up and the restaurant they had turn thelights off out in the dining room but the kitchen area was lit up they did not want to serve me even though you?re supposed tobe open till 11 o?clock. I was highly disappointed and could not believe that they tried to not serve me. I thought this wastruly rude and unprofessional. I hope someone will take care of this matter thank you. Read more

Gave me the wrong food in drive thru, after waiting in line for 20 minutes. The guy was rude, was playing on his phone instead... of helping....but why does it take 20 minutes to make the wrong food? And why was it cold? Also where did they get a bun sosmall at? I ordered a chicken sandwich but got some micro roast beef sandwich which was cold with a hard bun. Read more

Great experience! The food was very tasty and hot. I don?t know why but I feel that this Arby?s is the best location I?ve been... too. We ordered the new limited time Wagyu beef and it was amazing! I walked over to this location, due to it being close to where I am. And Out of the times Ive shown up. I find it that, no... matter how many times I ask them to "Cook My Food Fresh From The (Fire,Grease,Oil, etc).. They Wont do it.. So dont waste yourtime. But the ratio.. For good hot food..
