This Arby's was fast! After I paid for my order, they gave me the food. I didn't have to hardly wait, which is wonderful... considering most of the time for fast food, you have to wait a long time to get your order. They changed out their staff and now the service is horrible. They gave my friend cold fries and when she asked the manager for... some hotter ones, the manager touched the fries container and said "Mam, these fries are not cold!" We were shocked at her ruderesponse. (This is a manager!) She eventually gave us a larger container of the same cold fries. Which we ended up throwingaway. Wow, thanks. Another time I ordered a French dip sandwich and the au jus sauce was ice cold. So yeah, a rude manager andcold food. Read more

Unfortunately I can not give five stars because the restroom was out of paper towels so my hands were wet for awhile. Other than... that, it was a good experience. The young man who took my order was very polite and friendly and they got my whole ordercorrect. The service was also moving very fast inside so I did not have to wait long for my order to be ready. RUDE, Walked into the lobby and they just walked around me like I wasn't standing there. I counted 8 employees. The manager look... at the lobby to see if it was clean so, a young lady could leave. When I first walked in the guy working the drive thur was theonly one who said hi. No one told me we will be right with you or anything. No one else even made eye contact.
