Best veggie pho ever. Family run business. Cozy atmosphere and above and beyond service. I?ve tried many pho places and A Bit of... Saigon just takes the cake. 11/10 Read more
My friend and I were in town for business and decided to try this place out and glad we did. I am into the hole in the wall... places and this fit the bill, it is in a little strip mall with basic decorations and no frills atmosphere. The waiter wasn'tand overly friendly gent but he answered all of our questions and even showed a little sense of humor when my appetizer cameout. I got the crepe as an appetizer and when it came out I was shocked how big it was. The flavors all matched so well and thefresh Thai basil that came with added such a fresh touch. For my main course I ordered the Grilled beef spare ribs. the marinadewasn't overly strong but the grill char added that little extra that made the flavors pop. My friend got the Charbroiled porkshoulder and he really enjoyed that as well. I thought the prices were less than other Asian places that I have been to. We willdefinitely be back. Read more
I had dinner here on a whim to introduce my friend to pho. I had never been here before but based off of the reviews decided to... take a chance. I was very impressed with the entire experience. This is a relaxed atmosphere with absolutely delicious food! Therestaurant was clean and the gentleman who greeted us/ brought our food was polite, kind, funny, and answered all of ourquestions. I brought my husband back a whole meal of the beef pho and he enjoyed it as well! Will I be back? YES. Read more
Summary: it's good, but nothing to special. First time visiting, I got the beef spare ribs. Seasoning was good. About what... you'd expect from a marinade. Cooked over flame. Kinda expensive for the amount. Wife got beef pho. She said it was normal too.As others said before, the guy waiter didn't seem friendly, but it's fine. If there was something here, like , they made theirown bone broth in house . It's not advertised anywhere. Read more
Some of the best pho in town. I eat here as often as I can. The beef noodle soup is my go to and it?s definitely the most... flavorful of all the places I?ve been (and I?ve been to them all). I think it?s the type of lemongrass they use for the broth? Icould be wrong but it definitely tastes different (read: better) than everywhere else. Read more
Most likely the best Pho in Jacksonville, actually best in an even larger area than that. Actually this is some very very good... soup for 9$! I don?t mind the dirty washroom, just serve more of this soup and I?ll be back. Don?t come here for that, just comeand have their Pho. Meat quality is good. Broth perfectly balanced and not too thick or salty but extremely savory tasting.Served hot and within minutes of ordering. Noodles perfect type, amount and taste. Greens were fresh and tasted surprisinglygood for bean sprouts. Attentive staff in all phases of dining. They only have one bowl size though and I was close to orderingseconds. However for 9$ this is ridiculously good Pho, and I highly recommend you to try this place if you love this dish.Without a doubt on my personal top 5 pho places worldwide. Read more
Vietnamese Comfort food! If you ever wondered what authentic dishes a household eats in Vietnam, you want to come here. As the... reviews noted the Pho is really incredible. It's homemade, and fills your soul! The Vietnamese Ravioli(Banh cuon) is very hardto find. Even harder to find one made from scratch. It is heavenly here. Ravioli is made with rice wrap and seasoned pork andshrimp. The Vietnamese Crepe(Banh Xeo) was also made from scratch. Top of my list for Vietnamese food in Jacksonville Read more
