We started getting burgers from Rally's right after they arrived in the area of North Little Rock, many years ago. They turned... out to be one of our "go to" places for a fast, yet an almost Homestyle, burger, incredibly tasty Cajun spiced Fries! If you'venot eaten there in a while, you still won't leave disappointed in how this little, all- drive-thru, burger stand can turn outyour food from order screen to the bag out their window. I've waited longer, inside, for my order from BK-15 minutes- only topick it up, go to the car, and realize there that this is NOT "my way"- not even close- and just keep it, cuz I am starving,they are clueless, and I'm so not coming back! And here's this little drive-thru kitchen Rally's that just keeps turning outthese great, reasonably priced hamburgers just as I ordered them!! When I open the wrapper and remove the top bun, there'sactually pieces of lettuce! Fresh! Not wilted or brown, but REAL LETTUCE! And then I saw Tomato slices! A bright red,thatactually smelled like ????tomatoes! The 3 skinny rings of purple onion were a disappointment, i will admit. Very few BurgerTechnicians know how to pile on the Onions the way most of us Southern folks like our Onion on burgers. I like to refer to it as" I want some hamburger added to my Onion Burger!!"! Can I get an "Amen!"?? When I order our burgers and I get to the Onions, Isay, "I want extra-extra Onions, okay? I want a whole bunch, really deep, pile. 'em on! Make his breath reek of onions!" Iseldom get what I order, but I try. The Regular Rally Burger ???? is a great, all-round, basic burger. The double beef pattie,double everything inside a bun is called the Big Buford. I haven't tried one, don't plan on ever trying one. Just can't eat thatmuch. Also, they offer Fish sandwiches, Chicken sandwiches, they even offer the not so common, ????Hot Dogs! Order 2 meals at the "walk-up window," one being a chicken tender meal and the other a regular burger meal and a banana shake to... go with it, the total came to be $22 and some change. The person taking our order was very time efficient and wasn't moving toofast but efficiently to where we were happy and he got our order 100% how we asked, the food temperature was perfect and thefood was well put together. I'd recommend this food joint if you're needing a quick bite to eat. From what I could see it waspretty well clean, employee's had gloves on and he was mindful to not touch the tops of the drinks and made sure to keep aholdof it at the bottom of everything. Fries were cold and nasty. The burger was good and the frozen drink was at bottom of cup... meaning drained from icy part to... syrup at bottom. Read more

I. Can?t. Stand. When restaurants block the drive so if you get in their line, you?re stuck unless you drive something that will... jump the curb. This is the first spot I wanted to go since moving here a week ago. I have now had two bad experiences with customer service... twice from the same employee. Not sure her name, but it?s the light skin black female with the tattoos. She gave attitude lasttime when I added one more thing at the window, by walking from the back, looking at the cashier who just yelled to her theadded order, rolling her eyes and then proceeded to leave out the final added order( a chicken bite box for my kid). I let thatgo and figured whatever I?ll try them again later when It?s just me and a smaller order. Tonight I rolled up and waited forsomeone to take my order. I got no response, not even a ?I?ll be right with you in a moment ?, so after 4 minutes I figuredmaybe the box is broken. I pulled up to the window after the truck in front of me pulled away and she asking if I had the doublechamp burgers. I said no I didn?t make my order, I thought the intercom was broken cus I waited for a few minutes and no onesaid anything. She said well you?re going to have to go around and get back in line cus I don?t want to prolong the other ordersby adding yours now. Like?seriously, you?re the one who didn?t take my order after I waited, what else was I supposed to do justkeep sitting there until you decided you felt like saying something. And I should have known she would say that, because I couldhere peoples orders being taken behind me right after I drove up and was waiting for that truck in front of me to leave withtheir food. Like lady did you remember me from a week ago and decided to get me back for adding an order at the window? And whycouldn?t you acknowledge that you didn?t take my order, apologize and just take it there at the window? Anyway, I never leavereviews, so this tells you a lot.
