I have eaten at this location 4 times. 2 in person and 2 for Togo. I love the pho. I was disappointed in the food I received... tonight. The basil and cilantro had mold growing on them. I called to let them know this and was told their policy is for thecustomer to bring the food back and they would give me a new order. I live 15 minutes away and had just gotten home so I did notwant to drive back and they told me there was nothing else they could do.
