If I could give it zero stars I would. Everytime I come to this specific McDonald?s they manage to mess up my ENTIRE order. I... orders a Chicken sandwich WITH EXTRA LETTUCE, they not only gave me a spicy chicken sandwich but they DIDNT GIVE ME ANY LETTUCE.I also ordered the MEAL. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE MEAL, but THEY GAVE ME ONLY MY SANDWICH AND A DRINK. I showed them my receiptand asked for my Fry, but they insisted on saying ?you didn?t ask for the meal.? But my receipt says I paid for a meal?. When ITOLD THEM TO GIVE ME FRY NICLEY, THEY HAD ME PAY For ny fry. Note the fries where only half way full. Anyways, I will not beback to the McDonald?s. It?s every time they forget something or they don?t give you what you paid for. Everything is tooexpensive now and days for everyone not to get what they paid for. This took forever at least 30 minutes and I ordered ahead. They didn't have cones so gave my friend a cup with a bit of hot... fudge like she asked in place of the cone. The fries were hot but not salted. So all in all it was fine. Read more
Dismal. Lived here 6 years and had to go to this location many times. I do not exaggerate when I say they get it wrong EVERY... single time. I've never gone here and them NOT mess up. If you order in person they will misunderstand what you tell them. Ifyou tell them no ketchup they will do no ketchup on every burger EXCEPT the one that asked for it. If you upgrade one meal tolarge they will go ahead and charge you large for EVERY meal in your order. When we order them on Door dash they have left outwhole meals and one of us just didn't get food. They are backed up all the time with long lines and only one window workerslowly taking orders one at a time. I kid you not, if you even just order two sodas, one will be the wrong soda and the otherthe wrong size. Read more
