This would have been a FIVE STAR ???? Review, but this location has the worst hours of operation ???? They close at 8pm on... Friday and Saturday night...in a college town!?!? This location has THE BEST food of any Domino's I've ever had, THE BESTcustomer service, but THE WORST hours of operation. Dear Owner/Manager, I spend $40-$50 when I order. Before you changed yourhours, I ordered at least twice a month. Not only is it very disappointing to my family (and me) to miss out on "Pizza Night",your early hours are forcing me to spend my money elsewhere. This specific Domino's is the ONLY pizza my kids will eat. 8pm isway too early to close on Friday and Saturday night, in a college town, in the year 2022. Read more
I've never heard of a Domino's that NEVER delivers. I've called at all different times of day and every time told "we aren't... doing deliveries." Sounds like one lazy manager. Read more
This Domino's Pizza is located in Jacksonville, Alabama and is a franchise location. Their pizza is mediocre and their service... is pretty quick. What drops the points is a total lack of integrity and bate & switch overcharging on toppings. We decided totake advantage of the nationwide $5.99 mix and match special which has a specific list of optional toppings included with thedeal. Upon careful review of the receipt when we got home, we realized we were overcharged for toppings. We immediatelynotified management of this, however they tried to play it off like it was a premium topping not included in the Mix and Match. This location also failed to mention anything at all of any potential overcharging. This is called dishonesty, lack ofintegrity and total lack of accountability. ***included with this review is a picture of the original receipt showing us beingovercharged for toppings and an image of the official Domino's $5.99 Mix and Match Topping List*** Folks, you be the judge, butDomino's has lost our business going forward because a business like this does not deserve one red cent. They have the best pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon twists ever. Always served hot and fresh. We love the hand tossed pizzas!!... Give them a try you won't regret it. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff to if you have any questions! We go thereevery week. We use the app and order online and all we have to do is pick it up! Read more
Jacksonville has the best domino?s store! The staff is great they always greet me , I don?t feel awkward for walking in like... some restaurants make you feel right now and my order is always made correctly. Thank you to these guys they have made dinner atmy house a lot lately! Read more
Ordered the food on the app. It was prepared exactly as I ordered it. The order tracker gave me the timeline from order, to... build, to bake, to inspect, and finally out for delivery. The delivery driver followed the special instructions to call me whendelivering the order. Everything arrived fresh, hot and ready to eat.
