Nice small place, I was surprised they have all kind of ceviches (Peruvian, Mexican, Colombian, etc.). I really want to try Fish... ceviche but the fish they are using for this dish disappoint me.....was Swai (basa) the cheapest fish on the market. Went there and had the fish ceviche and it was marvelous. The portion was large with a good amount of fish and the price was... very very reasonable. Fish was fresh. The young lady at the register was very friendly. Place was bright and clean. I will goback and try the tuna ceviche. Highly recommend this place if you like ceviche!! Read more
had a good experience picking up food here even if pricey. except tonight decided to try delivery. no one picked up the phone so... ordered via chownow. placed order at 8pm, currently 8:40pm and no update that food is out for delivery. again, no one picking upthe phone. don't expect to receive my food at this point as they close at 9pm. sad :( Read more
I have been working in the restaurant industry for 20 years, if there is something worth mentioning in the restaurant business... Is about service! being professional, polite, respectful, and resourceful at all times are restaurants main values that Ilearn as I have been working in the hospitality industry. Today, 08/04/2020 around 8:30 pm, my family and I were walking by VivaCeviche, we were curious about the nationality of this restaurant menu. I politely ask the waitress or hostess like? About therestaurant's origins, she uncomfortably reply to my question, Peruvian? And stomped away as if she were bothered And never askus whether or not we'd like to be seated? What kind of service does this restaurant offer to its guests? Mr. Owner of VivaCeviche, Do you train your staff? Is service important to you? Does your waitress know how much money you put on yourrestaurant to be opened? Does your waitress know about offering excellent guest experience? I believe Viva Ceviche is a newrestaurant with unique food concept,... my family and I are ceviche eaters. We love ceviche, but one desregarding gesture fromyour staff can ruin the colossal, magnificent, exquisite thoughts we had for your restaurant. For this reason, I give you 2stars! I'll be coming back to give you another chance, hopefully next time, your waitress will have a better grasp of whatcostumer service really is. The prices are way too high for the portion they give. The prices used to be a little cheaper but they raised the price and... reduced the portions. With one viva ceviche you still leave very hungry. I don?t go as often after the prices were raised andportion reduced. Read more
