This is actually meant for the White Buffalo restaurant, not the hotel. WAY over priced for poor service and steak that was... fatty and not very good. For a salad, steak, potatoes and glass of wine prepare to pay about $250 with tip. When 2 prettygirls showed up to a corner table, our waiter pretty much forgot we were there. Will never return. Don?t let this 5 stars FOOL YOU also. I would give 0 stars after my interactions booking a suite. I?m getting married next year... in Jackson Hole, dream/destination wedding and booked the ?Pearl? Suite within the WBC. I received an email last week thatinformed me that the owners are giving us one option to relocate from our suite. I was confused and looked for other options asthis was a major point of our groomsman and groom getting ready/pictures and expressing our situation. After lots of back andforth trying to come up with a solution and denying the option they gave us which had no view and not nearly as nice as thesuite we booked months in advance i was told, ? that the owners have taken back this offer, in fact they have also decided thatthey will be taking their unit and we will be requiring to relocate your stay. This unit will no longer be available.? I wasgiven the offer less than 24 hours ago for the groomsman etc. to come in for pictures only. This was not an option either asthey were going to be getting ready in the suite before the wedding. if you have been married you understand the process of thepictures & groomsman. They took back this offer less than 24 hours after offering it. This review is solely about the Ownersof the suite. If you get as far as myself they will turn you around months after making your reservation and putting a hefty 50%deposit down. Think twice. I had a lot of help from the assistant director of sales from Ravello Media and am appreciative ofHER professionalism. Read more

I usually don?t write reviews, but after reading the negatives I feel the need to share our experience. My husband and I have... nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Our room was spacious and modern. Everyone was friendly to us, includingrestaurant staff. The washer and dryer in the room was so nice to have especially after a few days in Yellowstone and theTetons. They offer yoga and a small breakfast in the morning. The restaurant downstairs was incredible and location relative todowntown was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back! Read more

Amazing hotel! The room itself was very updated and had a nice kitchenette area. The hotel had a garage to park in and a nice... restaurant. They even had flavored, complimentary water in the lobby. Would definitely recommend! Read more

This place is....confusing. It's a beautiful hotel, the rooms were clean and updated. It felt like there was nobody there... besides the house keeping (who were very friendly). My biggest complaint is that the elevator was broken during the duration ofour stay (July 1-5). We were staying there for our destination wedding and had a lot of bags, boxes, etc. and people coming tothe room for hair/makeup. When I asked the people at the front desk (when I could find them) about the elevator there seemed tonot be any urgency to get it repaired. The front desk people were at times, hard to locate. One of the front desk employees wasvery rude to one of my friends when my friend arrived to get ready for the wedding with me. We were on the 3rd floor (whenagain, with no elevator got a little old). I don't think I saw maybe more than one other patron of the hotel on the 3rd floorthe whole time we stayed there....maybe people are opting to stay at other more highly rated hotels. Overall, a nice facility. We got a drink at the restaurant and people were complimenting the food. It just felt....empty, cold, and non-inviting. Read more

The White Buffalo Club labels itself as Jacksonhole?s premier luxury hotel- that is an extremely false statement. The hotel... wasn?t terrible - the rooms were extremely clean and a great location, but I have stayed at LaQuintas with better service andhospitality. For paying $500+ per night I expected much more. To begin, The gentleman working the front desk was extremely rudeand unapologetic for our numerous inconveniences. To begin the week we got a very rude and impatient call the evening of ourcheck in asking when we would ?finally? be checking in. We were unable to check in until around 9:30pm due to our flight beingdelayed- in my opinion that is not extremely late. As we arrived with a weeks worth of luggage, we were told we were staying onthe third floor and the elevator was out of service. We had to haul all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs with no hotelstaff offering to help. When we arrived in our room, the AC wouldn?t allow us to move it below 68 and honestly it never felttruly 68 degrees in the room. After politely asking if the AC could be adjusted (they did actually ask the mechanic), the frontdesk response was, ?sorry the maximum low end on the AC is 68 degrees, you might try cracking a window.? The AC was alsoextremely loud- non stop. The vent fan in bathroom sounded like a 757 about to take off. The breakfast offered in the morningwas nothing more than bagels and cereal. But don?t drink the milk or eat the cream cheese because the fridges they keep the foodin keeps all dairy products at room temp at best. The last major inconvenience was my wife booked a 60 minute massage over amonth ago. We confirmed the massage the day prior via the booking link sent from White Buffalo via email. We asked the frontdesk where to go for the massage an HOUR prior to the appointment. As my wife went to check-in for her massage, she waits andwaits some more. After another ?super friendly and hospitable? visit to the front desk we find out that the mass Read more

'll start with the good. The hotel and the rooms are very nice and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are decorated nicely... and are very clean. However, there were 2 deal breakers. First of all, the elevator was out of order. I felt that this shouldhave been disclosed prior to our stay. I have a disability and it was very hard to walk up and down several flights of steps tomy room without help from my family. The staff did help us with the luggage, but had I known about the broken elevator, I wouldhave picked another hotel to stay at. Secondly, the hotel is on a truck route. If you stay here, you will hear the trucks goingby all throughout the day, starting as early as 5:00 a.m. in the morning. If you're expecting to sleep in or take a nap, thiswill be a problem unless you stay in one of the few back side rooms. If they remedy these issues, it would be a very nice placeto stay. But with these unresolved problems, I wouldn't recommend it at this time. Read more

The room rate was not worth the nights we stayed, due to several reasons, as followed: construction next door, elevator out of... order, room was extremely hot and never completely cooled down, and thermostat was locked out (unable to adjust below 68degrees), water heater for room was not adequate for washing clothes and taking a shower (ice water)and house keeping foldeddirty blankets on floor and placed them back on our bed; some of the staff was pleasant, but others not so much. The locationwas the only plus, because it was three (3) blocks away from the downtown square. Read more
