Great sandwich, hands down terrible, unprofessional customer service. I had not been to Quiznos for a long time, so was very... excited to eat here. I was surprised with the customer service, or lack of. Our sandwiches were made upon entering, but then oneof the employees who was at the cashier left us waiting for 5 minutes while he complained about the incoming customers comingout of a bus. He still ignored finishing up our sandwiches and left us waiting as he tried to get the attention of the person incharge of the people coming in from the bus. He was shaking his head and was clearly annoyed about the customers, saying theyshould have ?called ahead.? Although we waited for a long time, he never apologized and then had the audacity to ask if wewanted to provide a tip. Call me crazy, but don?t businesses want customers to ensure job security? I found it very rude andunprofessional service and I would never eat here again. Read more
The food is good. There is usually a language barrier with the workers that can make it difficult but the service is still good
Food quality way better than Subway. The only downside is one of the employees stated the store was closing as I was walking... through the door and I said your website States 5:00 p.m. but it's only 4:30 p.m. His manager said I was the last customer justas another customer was walking to the door. The second customer was served. It definitely is not the food quality that'shurting Quiznos. Read more
I love Quiznos but i was there 4:40 pm and they closed early, they don't respect hours.
Terrible customer service, no condiments or onions placed on sandwich as requested. Received attitude when we requested... lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Only one other customer in the store while we were being served. Don?t recommend. Read more
