We had the pleasure of working with Bistro Catering for our August 2021 wedding and could not be happier! Jen was such a delight... to work with as she helped us navigate through their impressive and customizable food options. At the tasting, we fell in lovewith quite literally every dish we had. Being Chicago foodies, we knew right away we made the right decision! We had to postponeour wedding due to the pandemic but Jen was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. Fastforward to the official wedding and it was all perfect. Her staff had to work through a massive storm in the middle of an openfield and somehow managed to protect each plate of food from a single droplet of water. The presentation was beautiful andpeople are STILL raving about their entrees (especially that pasta!!), the breads, the meats, the key lime tarts, and theservice. Everything was outstanding. We used Bistro Catering for a 10 person catered lunch for my wedding day. It was the best meal we had our entire week in Jackson... Hole and that is saying a lot. She helped us pick outour menu, patiently and enthusiastically answered our (many) questions, and coordinated with our wedding vendors.
