Poor customer service! Employee had "I hate my job" written all over his face and could not follow simple instructions! No... garlic sauce in 2 weeks, no napkins given with our food and the restaurant was filthy! Sandwiches are always good and staff is friendly. Only gave 3 stars because restaurant is always dirty. The floor and chairs... were sticky. None of the tables were clean. I know they are short staffed and busy but please clean between customers. Read more
The tall red headed manager should be fired or given more training. They had orgotten to put the meat and toast my sons sub. He... noticed. We ask that we have it toasted to the nice girl helping us. The man appeared from back and told us to leave the storeand get out. I asked his name. "He said, what are you going to report.me" this place will shut down without me. Cousins here wecome! Read more
Order online, said it would be ready at 1005 went to store, not open, door sign said they were open at 9am. Waited till 1030... tried to call no answer. Finally left, could not cancle order called again once I got home no answer at 11 am. Checked appnlater in the day and saw that the order was fulfilled, not sure when, no call or communication from the store. Read more
I've never had a big issue with this Subway before, and it may just be a fluke tonight, but it was awful. I placed an order for... a wrap online for pick up, go pick up my food, and take it home to eat. When I start to unwrap the paper I notice multiplelayers of wrapping, rather than the normal 1 layer, so this already tells me it'll be a little messy. But this was more thanjust a little messy, I open the wrap completely, after much difficulty because the paper was soaked in sauce and falling apart,and find my wrap almost completely coated in sauce, not cut all the way through, and most of the ingredients already fallingout. I can't say for sure that it was already messy when they made it, but based on the wrapping I'd assume the workers knew itwas a mess and just didn't care about the quality of the food they were giving away. Definitely won't be ordering a wrap fromthis store again, and I hope they work on providing better quality food that isn't a total sloppy mess. Subs and wraps aresupposed to be easy to eat, no one should have to cut it with a fork and knife to consume. Read more
Had a craving for a Subway tuna sub. Service was fast and friendly and the bread and tuna seemed to be super fresh. I passed... on the lettuce because it was turning brown and the pickles did not look good at all. My first thought was Cousins, which iswhere I will go from now on. Read more
