Fries were old, cold and hard. YOU could tell they had been sitting there for a while.The cashier was very polite.
This has got to be the WORST Wendy?s I have ever been to?6 in the evening, I placed a carry out order so that my food would be... ready by the time I picked it up?NO. I go inside for my carry out order thinking it?d be ready and it?s not. There was maybe 7or 8 employees working, 3 of them were MANAGERS?Didn?t even acknowledge that I was waiting for my order every single one of themwere talking and chit chatting behind the counter, kept staring back at me and chit chatting with one another. This ?manager?FINALLY told two employees that my order was ready, the employees proceeded to go to the back, and came back up front to takecare of the order BEHIND ME. After 15 minutes of waiting for my ONE person meal?I notice the worker behind the counter COOKINGOUR FOOD is wiping his nose with his hands and tshirt and continues to make the food!!!!! Like sicknesses don?t exist??? NONEof the managers took care of me or any of their other customers. I have worked retail/customer service for 8+ years?THIS IS NOThow you take care of your customers! Absolutely, the worst customer service you can ever experience. The worst part?They weretraining someone?Such a shame that one person will learn how they ?customer service.? Not the best service today. Placed order via mobile app. I was a few minutes away when I placed order. The order was ready when... I pulled in drove thru. Fries where old and sandwich was not made according to request. Employee's demeanor came off as if shedid not want to be at work: no smile, no real greeting. When asked for condiments, she rudely placed 2 packers of ketchup and abarbecue sauce in my hand. I left Burger King to come to Wendy's because the employee rolled her eyes as she went took my card.Please step up customer service or I should cook at home. Read more

Easily the worst Wendy's in Jackson. Food was awful and customer service was worst. They will mess up your order then debate you... on how you on how its the customers fault. Also no lettuce or tomatoes on the burgers... the entire staff is rude and garbage atlistening. Save your money folks. Read more
