Clearly management handles the waffle house business as if it is personal problems with the current or ex staff. Your district... Stephanie is very unprofessional and rude! And jenny act as of she doesn't know how to communicate! This store is filthy withmold and body water bugs (cockroaches)! U can barely get your order cooked cause they are understaffed or the people there justrefuse to take your order! This store should be disgraced to be called a waffle house and corporate should really reconsider iteven being open!!!!! Read more
Fast and good food. But I am especially writing this to compliment the waitress. I didn't get her name, but I know it began with... a K. I ate there the evening of September 13. She was very pleasant, quick with a smile, and focused on the customers. Nice job. Read more
I had a nice breakfast this morning at Waffle House. I had the All-Star Special, which comes with a waffle, eggs, bacon,... hashbrowns, and toast. The waffle was great as always, and the eggs were good, though the bacon was a little overdone for myliking, but I don?t like bacon quite so crispy. The wait staff was friendly and was quick to take our orders and bring ourdrinks, even quick on refills. The bathroom was in need of a little cleaning and they were out of toilet paper. Butgenerally a good experience. You don?t go to Waffle House for 5 star dining, just good , reasonably priced comfort food and aninteresting atmosphere. And it delivered. Oh, played a song on the Touchtunes Jukebox, but the volume was so low that Icouldn?t hear it. Could use a turn up in the volume. Read more
I do not enjoy giving a bad review, but this location needs real attention.....so let me justify part of this complaint... it... was near noon....all booths were mostly occupied, but open space at the counter. Our order was not unusual. He asked for friedhard eggs, mine were to be over medium. Both were hard. Neither toast should be buttered. His was. Our has browns floated ingrease. Then, our waitress went on break without giving us our bill. We had to ask another waitress to get that. AND, as myhusband waited at the counter to pay, he had to call out "Does anyone here want to take my money?" If a this was not repellingus away, I could see the floor behind the serving area! It was littered with scraps of kitchen activity! Needless to say,waffle House is off our list of places to eat. Sorry I am to have to write this, but this was atrocious.... Read more
Wasn't given the greatest seating arrangement, but the Coffee was hot, and constantly full. Ordered an All-Star with a side of... Hashbrowns. It was cooked excellently. Table I was sat at wasn't fully cleared so I ate next to a set of empty glasses filledwith random bit of small garbage. Kitchen floor was atrocious, but it's a floor. At a good enough price to leave a decent tip,it was a decent breakfast to start a Sunday off. Read more
