Edit 10/07/22 So here?s the thing. There are now two Tulum locations and this one definitely takes second place. I ordered a... cheese quesadilla to go, get home, only to find it?s barely warm, in fact the shredded cheese in the middle is cold. Normally, Iwould just put this off to it being near closing time, except the last time I went inside to eat for lunch (ordered the samething) I experienced the same issues. The only difference is I?m now eating a soggy, microwaved quesadilla, I would have beenbetter off making myself. I hate to admit it but, this is not the same Tulum I grew to love. (Originally 5 Stars) I?ve yet togo to a better Mexican restaurant in Jackson! Tulum?s food is so fresh and also eccentrically decorated. I give this place 10 stars, I had the fajita burrito with shredded beef, it was amazing. The have a decent sized selection of... salsa. The pico was really good. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area. Read more
Arrived 15 minutes til close...a car was already at the drive thru...sat for about 3 minutes and the csr drove off...noticed the... driver did not stop at window. When I got to the speaker I asked if they had stopped taking resorders. No response. Asked ifthey closed earlier than posted. No response. Drive off and saw that there were 2 employees standing at the window and customersstill inside. Didn't have a problem if it was too late to order but definitely had a problem with being ignored. I was a walk-in carryout. I waited inside for my meal. And I got it cold old dry fish. It wasn't freshly cooked it was something... that happened already. The shrimp was great taco but that fish they should be shame of themselves. Read more
This place is perfect. Food is so fresh. Staff is so friendly. It was clean. Everything was cooked with perfection.
Very good place. You drive, order, get your salsas and ban! In like 5 minutes you have your food at the table. I ordered the... green pozole and it was awesome. I added some salsa cause I like it hotter but that's me. Read more
