Tuesday's quick getaway!!! Had to go handle some sisterly biz, but could not leave without hitting this place up first. It was a... must especially since we no longer have this franchise back home. A few items not pictured including an electric lemonade,southwest potato twister, steamed broccoli, and togo order of philly cheesesteak eggrolls. Always love the pasta and reorderedmy whole last pre-birthday meal from my May visit. However, the pasta this time was just ok to me with a slight aftertaste. We ate lunch there today. We knew they were understaffed, but the restaurant wasn't full so we proceeded. We showed grace when... the appetizers and drinks were slow to arrive. However, when the waitress brought our food, I was furious. Food for a party of 2was delivered separately, with a long delay between deliveries. I ordered the sizzling chicken and mine was 1st to arrive. Thewaitress put the plate on the table and mumbled that they were out of onions & peppers as she walked off. When she returned, Iinquired about it only to encounter rudeness and an unapologetic waitress. I tried to cut into it to eat it, despite there beingzero appeal but could not do so because the cheese was literally burned and stuck to the skillet. I told her to take it away.She did the bare minimum to make it right. I understand that it's hard to find good employees, but if the total diningexperience in your restaurant is that poor, is there really a benefit to remaining open for business? Read more

It?s been forever since I?ve been to a TGI Fridays but definitely had a great lunch yesterday. The hamburger was excellent, and... the fries were nice and hot. Love the wall decorations, and our server was not only great but she was very funny. Definitelyrecommend this TGI Fridays Read more
Yesterday we buried an angel my grandbaby Aryieka. She was only 21 years old. We came together as family and gave her a... beautiful send off home. I want to thank Mercer Brothers Funeral Home in Jackson,TN. They are kind and professional. I want tothank Friday's Restaurant for lovingly serving some 20 people. OK! Let's preface w if I could rate only parts of my experience w only partial stars, 1/2 would be the rating! My family brought... me out for Mother's Day (not our first choice but the wait most other places was way too long). But, then being able to get atable right away should've been a taling sign too...hmm! Moving along. From the server (later revealed as day mgr) who opted notto wait on our party to Austin, our server who'd been poorly trained & was NOT ready for a holiday weekend to poorly timed andill-prepared food to the rest of the unfriendly wait staff who came to work NOT wanting to be there to finally the manager, Ronor Roy because he gave me one name and my daughter a different name that stated the reason for the poor experience as: "It's badeverywhere ", this couldn't have been a worse dining experience! No appetizer plates for our appetizers. No cutlery to eat theentrees that came before said appetizers. Watery, soda tasting slushes. I could go on but, wow! Read more
?5 piece chicken strips? was one item ordered, 3 is what I got. 3 very dry, hardly warm chicken strips. The whiskey glazed... chicken with rice pilaf was the other part of my order. The rice was hard and clumped together, and one of the pieces of chickenbreast was hard. The croutons in a house salad were also stale. Read more
