After driving 8 hours we were ready to sit down to a great Texas Road house steak in Jackson, TN. The food did not disappoint.... But it was SO COLD in the restaurant it was miserable trying to sit there and enjoy our food. We ate what we could quickly,asked for our check and a box and left. I don’t know if this is their way of turning tables quickly or what the deal was butthere were other patrons going out to their card to grab a sweater. These are truly v the best runs in Jackson. They are consitantly perfect every time we have them, which is quite often these... days! These ribs actually fall off the bone, and they have an excellent flavor to top it all off. Of course that's what happenswhen Leo works there! He is an excellent, reliable, and hardworking cook! His salmon is always on point. Great job kitchencrew! Keep up the amazing food! By the way, this restaurant is the very first in Jackson to make my "Top Picks" list. Infact, they are one of only a very special and very rare number of restaurants in Jackson that will ever make it on my "TopPicks" list, because I'm just that picky! But I love consistantly, "made with love" food that enriches my soul and myrelationships as we dine together. More coming soon. Stay tuned.... Super good as always. We had a great attentive waiter (wish I remembered his name), got the cactus blossom and my wife and I... split a steak and ribs combo. We had plenty to spare to go, at a great price. Read more

This is a really good restaurant but there are some serious issues with management or hostess stand. This has happened to hs... multiple times and we go elsewhere. They absolutely will not answer the phone for call ahead seating. They told me so in person.If they get busy they just stop answering all phone calls. I get that... BUT we live over an hour away and would love to get ourname on the list for our family of 7. If not, we wait an hour after the 1 hour+ drive. 2 hours of time for us to dine in yourrestaurant!!?? We can't use the online process because it is only for 4 people max. I'm about to start going to a competitorsteak house which is so sad because the food here is great. Please address this asap. I was truly disappointed in my to go order I placed . I ordered 3 meals and 2/3 was wrong . I tried calling to make a complaint... and no one answered the phone. Customer service keeps every business open because without the customers there is no business. Iwas extremely hungry and I couldn’t eat because my order was completely wrong from what I ordered . If I could rate lower than1 star I definitely would say negative zero in the service I received and to make matters worse. I noticed a 4.80 tip was addedwithout my consent.
