This was one of the few Subways in town that actually stayed open until the specified time on the website that they provide.... It's kind of frustrating when this is our third Subway to visit this evening starting at 7:30 and it's only 8:30 now. All of therestaurants we went to posted a 9:00 closing time. However my partner really wanted a sandwich so we drove 10 miles out of herway to accommodate him. As you can see it was well worth it and he is happy and satisfied and content with his incredible tastysandwich! Great job Subway out South. This is by far the best Subway we have been to in Jackson. I suggest if you really want agood sandwich from Subway it's worth the drive. Join me and the boycott of the other stores that don't do what they say they'regoing to do. Read more
Staff stays outside smoking... have to wait forever just to get service. Pete, where are you? You need to hire new people!
Place is very clean and did not smell like most Subways. Food was fresh and staff is friendly.
I went there at around 8:00 P.M. I wanted a steak pizza with bell peppers and onions. She asked every time what toppings I want.... She made her mind up that I was only allowed meat. As soon as She put meat on I wasn?t even giving a chance to ask for toppingsshe just threw the cheese on then asked. Toppings on top of the cheese just burn. This isn?t Burger King people at this subwayyou cannot have food your way after 8:00 p.m. They close in a hour and that is their focus. I will never go back never. Came in to grab a sandwich for lunch and there was 2 guys working. The younger guy appeared to be getting ready to go to lunch... as he was making his own salad. I watched him cut up some chicken, put it in the oven grab his phone play on it then dig in thebowls that the sandwich h stuff is in. He THOUGHT he was gonna make my sandwich but I was like ?hey did u change ur gloves afteru put that phone back in ur pocket?? His response was this is mine. I said I know but ur still digging in these bowls that y?allexpect customers to eat. He then got a attitude, snatched the gloves off and tried making the sandwich of the guy behind me.That person said he didn?t want a sandwich til the bowls where dumped and replaced. My family frequences this Subway quite often and always order and eat in. For some reason tonight we were told that the dining... room closes at 7:00 which has never been the case before. We are also overcharged by two extra sandwiches. Of course, we did notrealize this because of the confusion over the newly closed dining area. After we got home we realized the overcharge and I amnow on my way driving back to the restaurant hopefully to receive a refund for the two extra charged sandwiches we did notreceive. This is more of an employee issue than an issue with the restaurant. Employee number 0690 rang us up. Read more
