Just tried to order food and was told they are closed !! Sign on door says 8 pm website says 8 pm it?s 7:05.
Arrived at 7:30 pm to have the door locked. There was a customer inside still ordering, but when an employee unlocked the door... she was Very snotty and insisted they were closed and would not let us in to even get carry out! Customer service is absent. Workers disregarded me while speaking to each other. Also spoke rudely to me as if I was suppose to... know their job. I have had the most absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen in my life of 46 years at this Subway store. For one the... stuff that I requested was not rendered they were out of drinks, they were out of potato chips the staff was very rude did notgive an opportunity or a chance to try to rectify the situation on top of the fact that I was be little and be righted when Isaid when they said oh don't worry about him. Also to add when I was being assisted , I was asking questions about why did Inot get a large drink or drinks , the sandwich maker the sandwich attendant whatever they're called she just stopped talking andwalked away from me and started helping another customer. I am sitting in my car after having just made my order and paid at subway. I was apparently very lucky as the employees turned... away everyone after me including an online order that had already been paid for. I'm not sure how that is going to work at all.I am wondering why they are closing at 6:35pm when the door I believe said 9pm closing time. Who ever owns this location youshould really look into a better employee base. They were slightly rude while they threw my sandwich together. I do so love tobe rushed and sent home with sloppy food. I won't make an attempt to keep track of the closing times at this location so as nothave to drive else where afterwards. I'll simply go to another location from here out. I ordered online on the Subway Ap for pick up. Started calling them 20 mins before time to pick up to let them know we were... going to be 5 mins late. My order was confirmed, my son went in to get my order and they told him they didn't make it becausethey didn't have the meatballs and we would have to get a refund through Door Dash???!!, (I ordered through the Subway Ap!!!)but my online confirmation said it was picked up around the time I started calling them!! Called 14 times after my son said hecouldn't pick the order up and still noone answered. My son said they were standing around at the register laughing andcarrying on!
