I personally prefer this location to the Van Drive and the Lanese Dokery (in front of Union Uni). It is located inside Targer,... so the parking is a breeze. Target itself is a nice and clean store, and spacious too, so I don't feel like it's crowded like inother Starbucks. The drink also tastes better here. I think the Van Drive location has the worst taste of three locations inJackson. Read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrific customer service. The elderly lady and younger brunette were abrup and hateful... . They would not or maybe could not answer simple questions and all but refused to make the drink requested. Not a fan of Targetand not a fan of the rude batista in Starbucks at the Target in North Jackson. We own a business. If my employees servedcustomers like this, they would have been fired. I'll start this post by saying it was late in the evening on Black Friday, this location was busy and everyone was probably... totally exhausted but it does not excuse the behavior that I received from a person by the name of Kim. Stood in line forroughly 15 minutes, not a big deal, they were busy. Kim was the person who took my order this is important to remember. I stepoff to the side and wait patiently, eat my biscotti and people watch. I'm watching drinks go out and then notice that the familywho was behind me had just received their 4 drinks, I ordered a grande Irish cream cold brew so that should come out quick. Kimhas moved to the outside of the kiosk and is writing on their sign "no ice" when I take the 4 steps to the counter to ask ifthey are still working my drink. Girl looks confused, asks if it's something else and that's when Kim steps up and says "what'swrong with your drink?" I said, "I never received it." We have full eye contact (she was wearing a mask), she rolls her eyes,turns her back and doesn't say another single word. SHE TOOK MY DRINK ORDER HERSELF! She whispers something to the only maleworking and then my drink is made in 60 seconds. I understand being tired, overworked, being in retail on Black Friday and justbeing totally over the day but hold yourself accountable for you and your team's actions and simply say I apologize and get memy drink. I'm not asking for a refund, I'm simply asking for accountability with a dash of politeness. I see Kim has hadprevious reviews written. Read more
