They made my drink poorly, was not the correct recipe. The recipe is shown on the label, but did not execute as written. Should... have been 85% coffee, 10% ice, 4% vanilla sweet cold foam, 1% caramel drizzle + cinnamon. The coffee WITH the ice was filled toONLY the top black line. Not a good experience. Read more
Had a bacon Gouda sandwich. It was warmed, which was nice. But the bread was hard, eggs watery and bland. Not the norm. ... Husband said same of his. ??????????? Coffee was fine, appreciated. Nice location, clean, good service. Read more
My wife always orders the same vanilla latte under hot coffee. On Uber eats you can?t even change this coffee to iced. The past... few times we?ve used the highland location & they have sent the Uber driver with iced coffee. Please fix this. It should be hotunder hot lattes. This Starbucks just has rude employees. My girlfriend forgot to ask them to add whip cream and you would have thought the world... was over. All the employee had to do was put a different lid on it and put some whip cream in. She was just verbally statingthat it?s not even 10 am yet. I actually apologized before leaving because I could believe how she was acting over whip cream. Iwill never go to this location again when there is one down the street. Read more
I always love this Starbucks. I didn't get the White Chocolate Mocha but they are the ones that make it the very best. But the... thing I got this time the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher was pretty awesome. The customer service was also amazing????????! Read more
