Service was not so great. Order a chili cheese hot dog in which they gave us a regular hot dog just the bun and sausage. We ask... for regular fries instead of the total and just got tots for both of our orders. Sodas had more ice than the actual soda. HoneyBBQ chicken and corn dog were good. Read more

Dropped in for breakfast and ordered the bacon toaster meal. I got adirt egg sandwich with burnt bacon, cold totts. The drink... was good. That's all.. Next time I will bypass this stop. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Read more
I like sonic mainly because I can order through their app and they just bring it to my car, service was super fast, I love how... you have the choice to park and eat. Tried the red bull slushy for the first time and was really good, my kids really enjoyedtheir milkshakes and ice cream, I also love their strawberry slush and strawberry cheesecake master shake. I love Sonic I use the one in Milan, TN 38358. 99% of the time!! They have the best workers very courtesy and great smiles. Of... course my number 1 thing is LG. Coke with extra ice I do love their ice!!!!! The food is delicious I like BLT, cheeseburgers, awhole lot of great foods and sides!!! Just stopped by to get a simple milkshake. It was about 11:15 p.m. Of course all the lights are on so we drove up to the speaker... for the drive through window to place our order. We sat there and sat there and sat there. I then proceded to drive to thewindow where i once again sat there and sat there and sat there. We saw at least three different employees sweeping andtalking. They saw us looking at them as if we were supposed to know they were done for the night. I checked the internet tosee what time Sonic closed and it clearly stated 12 a.m. for Friday night. I was somewhat confused because it was 45 minutesbefore 12:00 yet no one could bother to take the time to tell us they had decided to close early. I thought perhaps no one hadupdated the web site. But then I saw a server taking milkshakes to a table outside. They were getting the milkshakes that Iintended to order. I asked the employee if they had closed already and she replied "Yes." I knew that they did not close ontime because 11:20 is a rather odd time to close and surely the guests outside had not been waiting 20 minutes to get a freakingmilkshake. This is the last bad experience at this Sonic that I will endure. I would rather go to the Cookout where they areopen 24 hours a day, much less close early. Even on a freezing cold snowy night when everyone else closes because of theweather, they will be there. Somehow they have managed to retain their employees when it seems like every other place hasstarted closing earlier and earlier, supposedly due to a lack of workers. Checkers is another reliable place to dine. They'reeven fast, efficient and consistantly produce the same quality every time. It makes no difference to me when they close as longas they do what they say they're going to do. It's called integrity, just another value ignored or perhaps excused in the nameof "freedom." The person taking our order was extremely rude. She had an attitude from the moment she started taking our order. When our food... was brought out the runner was very nice. Our chicken slider #9 was over cooked the chicken was hard almost like jerky and thebun was very hard. When we let the person on the speaker know that the sandwich was too hard she was rude and said okay okaywe?ll get you another one. As if we were bothering her? we asked for a manager who had to ask for twice and let her know howrude the girl who took our order was. She nodded and said she would talk to her. Read more
