So I came here with my service dog. I walked in holding him because Union had a firework show and the extreme sudden noises... stressed my dog out. I held him for about 5 minutes to caress him and ease his nerves so I can place him back down. However, Iwalked in reading the menu and a white worker lady (messy/curly hair with a lisp) looks at me and asks "is that a service dog?"I responded yes despite him having his service harness on. Obviously it's their job to ask that! However, she chuckled withdisbelief and said "well if you're holding him then I guess it's fiiiine to be a service dog." And mumbled some other stuff.First of all, 1) I know the regulations of having a service dog and what to do/not to do. My dog has been in service for 9years, his retirement is around the corner, I can freely do what I want when it comes to how I want to care for MY dog (at leastnow since his window is closing). 2) Who even says stuff like that and with an ugly attitude? After she said that, I respondedwith "well, he is my service dog and he has his harness on, is there a problem with me holding him?" She just looked at me, andwith a stink face said "so would you like anything." LMAO. Bad, nasty service on her part. I'll be waiting to see if shecomments on another service dog again. Read more

This is a perfect place to go get a dessert at night. You want a cookie, they have great cookies. You want some ice cream,... they?ve got that too. On this trip, my friend got a couple cookies, and I got some ice cream. I got a mixed flavored one,called peanut butter pretzel, that was pretty good. Lots of chocolate, lots of peanut butter. Though the pretzel part was justslightly soggy, but still quite good. The regular, single flavored, ice cream, you can get toppings folded and mixed into theice cream, making a sort of sundae. My friend had a pecan cookie, which was soft, moist, and had awesome pecan flavor, and adouble fudge, that he didn?t eat until the next day. It still was soft and moist and chewy and very good. So great cookiesand ice cream, and not really a line, so what more do you need. I?d definitely visit again and recommend to anyone. Read more
I was told I couldn?t get chocolate ice cream because it was ?frozen? and ?too hard too scoop? make it make sense. I?ve worked... in the food industry for years so I don?t typically complain but that was ridiculous. Read more

This was the cake I picked up, after ordering a Happy Birthday Balloon cake online. The girls working we?re the absolute... sweetest, and this was not their fault by any means. The cake decorator quit, so my advise is to call first to insure they havesomeone making the cakes. I was issued a full refund, so otherwise I?m happy! Read more
I have never had a bad experience with MaggieMoo's. Definitely the best ice cream place in Jackson.
