We have been travel for several hours from MI to TN. We needed gas and to go to restroom. However, when we arrived the Employee... had a sign stating closed for cleaning. We decided to wait A few minutes. By this time several cars and people getting outgrabbing door handle then seeing the sign. The employee was outside changing the garbage cans. He proceeded to the doorchanging those cans. The line continued to grow. There was an elderly man standing and waiting. Then another man maybe a fewyears younger came. He address the employee and the employee pointed at the signs without saying a word. At this point we wentto the Loves down the street. That employee was rude and very unprofessional. Read more
I have stopped here once to get some gas because my car needed it to go further down the road. I never heard of a Mapco gas... station but now I have. I don?t have much else to say about this place. And I?m not sure why I took away a star, maybe it?sbecause it want that memorable of a spot to visit. But then it?s just about gas station. Anyway, the gas prices were fine. Read more
Voided my transaction yesterday & took my last $6 dollars and change to zero out my bank account and I didn't get what I stopped... to get... Having finally reached someone (800# has been busy all morning) at the corporate office & gotten started with myrefund. .. Great diesel price, but if its in the morning and you want something from the food place inside, might as well keep driving. I... stood there for 3 minutes and 37 seconds while I watched their biscuit oven timer count down and not one person ever came to thecounter to ask me if I needed something. I'll get fuel elsewhere and pay more from now on since that's what it takes to getbetter service. Read more
Cheapest diesel prices around! Rewards card saved me 3 cents a gallon with rewards card. I bought 129 gallons, so I saved 3.87!... Every little bit adds up! ????. Probably the only thing I would criticize would be that for a new place, it's starting to getkinda unclean. (Bathrooms and trash at pumps not being taken care of) otherwise the staff was very friendly and I will comeback. Read more
Mrs. Georgia was the kindest, most helpful employee I have ever met. We had car trouble a long way from home and she told us... about the greatest mechanic and even called them for us.
