I recently visited the North Highland Long John Silver's, to pick up a door dash order 40 minutes before they closed. I walked... to the front door to pick up the order from the counter. I was rudely greeted by an employee in a very disrespectful andaggressive way and was told that they are closed. When i tried to explain that i had a door dash order she interrupted me overand over again and while screaming at me, directed me to leave. As i was leaving she went to the drive through and was screamingand aggressively telling the people at the drive through to leave. I really hope she is not in a management/lead positionbecause if she is then corporate needs to find new manager/team leader. Read more
Crab cake & clams were over cooked. Didn't get the shrimp sauce I ordered to go with my burnt food.
Always can count on Long John Silver's for good food, good service but staff could be more friendly.
I ordered 4 meals & got them in less than 5 mins... which I thought was awesome. Turns out all the food was NOT FRESH! Customer... Service was great tho, but FRESH FOOD is what the guest pays for the employer pays for them to provide great service. Definitelywon't return because of the food! Read more
Always a great place. Sometimes the dining room is open, and sometimes it's not, so that's something to be aware of. However,... the employees are always super friendly and even if the food takes a minute (or 5), it's cooked good and is delicious. Theirchicken is the best I've had aside from my grandma's! Can't get any like it anywhere else! The employees are also very helpful.The very first time I went, I didn't have any idea how to order. All I knew was that I wanted chicken strips, so the lady laidout some options I could choose from and helped explain the sides and everything. Really enjoyable experience. Read more
I ordered the 2 fish, 3 chicken platter w/ large drink. Drive thru was faster than most fast food restaurants I'm 2022. Fries... and chicken pcs were edible. The fish was fried to a solid piece of crispy, completely unedible along with the hushpuppies.Which turned to dust when squeezed. The drink was well beyond needing a new syrup installed. I just love carbonated water inplace of the $2 drink I ordered. It was not busy and it was before the dinner rush had began. I would have waited for betterfood and drink, gladly. Read more
Do not go here , looks like they lack staff and it shows???? food is awful, fish over cooked or not cooked enough ,hush... puppies hard as bricks..and your lucky if ur order is right, usually your order is always missing something. The staff is notfriendly and food isn't good anymore???? go somewhere else don't waste your money here! You'll end up eating raw batter or chewyfish???? Read more
