A friend and I dined in at Logan's Roadhouse. We were seated at a booth table. Our server was Dana. It took a minute for our... order to be taken. When she was able and ready our order was taken. Food was pretty good, appetizers were good as well. Not the best cut of steak I've ever had but for the money I don't guess I ... can complain. Nice atmosphere & the bartender was very cool. Online order and curbside service were at full efficiency this afternoon. The Sirloin was a perfect Medium and the Spare Ribs... were "fall apart" tender but not overly greasy like ribs can be. Sided by some pretty average Mac and Cheese and Loaded WaffleFries that would rival the best, I'm glad I made this place a choice for my takeout dinner tonight. Read more

Unprofessional and incompetent is an understatement. Party of 13, family affair and the restaurant was maybe at 50% capacity.... After waiting 30 min to be seated and finally getting settled in at two different tables nearby we ordered. My order alone wasone that was incomplete and cold. I ordered the salmon Cesar salad and it came out with no dressing! How??? Staff comes backasking which dressing would i like!!??? I also ordered a baked potato. Several minutes after everyone received their food ifollowed up and was told it?s on its way. After finishing my salad still no potato. When i asked again, ?i don?t know whathappened but we went ahead and took it off the check.? I guess i wasn?t getting a potato i ordered smh? All staff that waited onour table including the manager should be retrained on customer service and how to manage a large party. Majority of us are fromout of town so definitely will be contacting the general manager. Completely disgusted and praying i don?t have food poisoningwith them taking my salad back and remaking it then returning. Isn?t that against food compliance regulations??? 3 HOURS LATERstill hungry?
