Ordered the 12 Krystal combo with cheese and 10 wings. Did not get my drinks, my burgers had ONLY cheese, and I was also shorted... two chicken wings that are over $1 a piece I was going to tell the lady at the window that I didn't get my drinks, but once shehanded my food out, she slammed the window and walked away. Didn't even go back through the drive thru because I was soirritated. Shouldn't have even had to go back through. Basically Krystal's owe me two drinks and wings or like $4 and goodcustomer service. We are be disappointed! They have a sign on the window saying dining room is open, but the doors are locked. Then we go to drive... thru and order unsweetened:sweet tea and was told they don?t have unsweetened tea. Our burgers were unseasoned, nothing on itbut the cheese. Total waste of money and time! We decided to try the chicken sandwiches, regular, I got four of them. First, the drive up service was great, excellent. I... placed my order and the responding lady made a better suggestion. Never had that happen before! For the first time at this andany other Krystal location, "Host 3" provided helpful customer service. I'm impressed! The first chicken sandwich was good,right temperature, fresh, nice and crunchy. The second sandwich, equal to the first but there was a taste in the sauce that Ididn't care for, metallic like. Maybe it's just me so I'm not going to suggest anything was wrong with it. My husband likedthem. It took awhile to get my order because they had to cook the chicken, but that was okay because we didn't have to beanywhere. If we had been in a time crunch the delay would have been a problem. I can recommend this Krystal. It appeared to bemore organized and cleaner than usual from the drive thru window perspective. I'm used to seeing a lot of nonsense and loudchatter at this location. Don't think I've ever reviewed a fast food place, but this location deserves a quick shout out. We stopped by Saturday... afternoon, while on our way back to Texas. We don't have Krystal back home, so we usually get it while traveling...a littlethrowback to childhood. We ordered a good 30-something items, some special orders, and they didn't mess up or forget anything.Everything tasted better than ever, fries were hot and super crispy, employee had good communication, and we didn't have to waitlong. I'll be sure to stop at this one the next time I'm passing through. Read more
Why is it when I came in this morning at 9am, I was told I could not order cheese Krystal?s until 11, but I was able to order it... and have it delivered by Uber eats 10 minutes later? There was not a soul in the building eating, and the very polite worker wasjust standing there. I will say she was extremely nice but I?m just trying to figure out why I can?t get my order in therestaurant? The burgers I got delivered where delicious and fresh. Read more
Horrible service. Was rushed through ordering after having to repeat myself multiple times at the drive through. After getting... the order, we pulled into a parking place to check if it was correct, and found that we were missing an item. The lobby wasclosed so we were unable to get our food that way and it was not worth sitting in the drive-through again. All in all ahorrible experience and we will not be dining here again Read more
They are way under staffed at night. The burgers were slapped together with way to many onions and the meat half off the bread.... Sadly they were out of chili this day. But the tea was quite yummy and the corn pups were hot. Read more
