I newly discovered this place as a top tier sandwich shop. I've eaten there a few times and tried different things. Every time... has been delicious. The staff has always been friendly. There have been times they were understaffed and very busy so it tookunderstandably longer. Once, I saw one guy just churning out sandwiches for a lunch crowd and was friendly even in the face oftaking harsh criticism for things he had no control over. I love jersey Mike's. They never disappoint me. I always get the Philly cheese steak. The non antibiotic meat taste... strange though. I got the steroid free turkey but it taste strange. Read more
Best sub shop period. So many great choices, quality ingredients, and they don't shortchange you on the amount of meat. The... service is great as well. This was one superb Giant Big Kahuna on Rosemary Parmesan. Soft bread, flavorful meats and toppings, even got to watch the... cheese get freshly sliced. Even with only one person on shift, place was pretty nice and neat inside. Read more
I eat at JM's in many states. I have eaten at this location several times. I have noticed a severe lack of attention to cleaning... over the past 2 visits over the last month and half. Today at 2:40 pm was the worse.. Apparently their were 3 employees workingafter realizing the 2 ladies laughing and on their phones were working.. Because one of the seated ladies asked what could theyget us. One lady behind the counter started making my wife's order then mine. The food was amazing as always. The issue is everytable was dirty. Not just a crumb or two.. have not been cleaned after several guests. We cleaned our table being we were theonly guests in the store at the time while the staff went back to talking and relaxing. This was the first time I had ate at this place and wow what a great sub. It was overflowing with me lots meat and flavor. I was... impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the Super friendly staff. I'm through with Subways rip off subs. I'll definitelybe back the next time I'm in the mood for a sub. And I would mention the guy that made my sub as he was very nice and veryhelpful and he seemed to really take his time care about the neatness of the sub which is important when it comes to sub-makingbut I didn't catch his name. The service was horrible! The employees got orders mixed up. My bread request was completely wrong. When I brought it to her... attention she had a very nasty attitude. She flipped my sandwich to other bread leaving off half my chicken. Just oor service Read more
