I had the in-house made fresh smoked pastrami on rye bread and it was perfect. I was so tender and delicious and the service... was good too. This place is the best sandwich shop I have been to in my life. Too bad I was just passing through whiletraveling. Read more
Breakfast. I believe Hub City recently started serving breakfast. The meat was good, everything else is subpar quality. Biscuits... and gravy, powdered gravy - expected more. Specifically asked if biscuits were homemade, employee confirms ?yes? however, thebiscuits are clearly brought on. I expected more from Hub City Deli. Read more
We visited this place yesterday for lunch, after hearing about it on a local radio station. The place is spot clean, food is... great and the young lady who took our order Ms. Jordan is a gem. She is a down to earth person, pleasant manner and always asmile on her face. She even offered my wife to make fresh coffee if she wishes. Top class place. Worth the money you spendhere, will not go wrong. We recommend this place highly. Kudos to all associated with this place. Read more

6/23/2022 came to Hub City Deli in Jackson, MS, on our way to Nashville. I had a local IPA That was delicious and the Fall... Harvest Salad w/ raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Jim got the homemade pastrami Sandwich that came with his choice of chips. Theyalso offer homemade deserts (I believe the owner?s mom make them). We had the vanilla squares and what a difference in homemadevs mass produced! They are located in a clean, new strip center with so much character! In my opinion, they are taking onMcAllister?s right down the road. If we are going off food quality and taste, cleanliness, friendliness and completely homemadeitems?There is no a question, hands down Hub City Deli is the winner on all! Read more
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable when I let them know I was vegan and ordered with modifications.The Hippie Picnic... Sandwich is vegan when ordered without Provolone. The grilled squash, zucchini, bell peppers, red onions, and mushrooms give thesandwich a great flavor. It is definitely something that I will order again. Read more
