Worst customer service I've ever had. From the speaker to the window. Just flat out rude. If your employees don't want their... jobs, i am sure there are people who do and will do it without getting an attitude about getting busy or having to come in fromtheir cigarette break to help their coworkers. I'm sure you will find someone who wants to work without shooting ugly looks tocustomers in the drive thru because their break was shortened I guess they forgot who pays their bills. If a customer saysthank you, the proper response is you're welcome. Not slamming the window with a twisted up face that only a mother could love.The evening crew definitely needs to be talked to about being under pressure and how to respond correctly. Unprofessional. My son ordered an iced latte from this location approximately 30-45 mins ago. They handed him a hot beverage and when he said he... ordered iced, the lady shouted to someone, didn?t this MF say he wanted hot??!! He just left. He goes there weekly, with noissues. Loves Dunkin. The attitude of the cashier is very bad. I've never criticized anyone, but today I'm so frustrated. I went to the store many... times to buy breakfast food. But every time I come their attitude is extremely rude. I don't know what I did wrong with them. They are always annoyed with me. I still go there to buy food because I find it convenient. I didn't like their attitude so Iswitched to ordering on Doordash, I just went there and got the food I bought. But they still show the same attitude towards meand my husband. Especially the cashier. The place looks a little worn. Was going to order more than just a coffee but opted out for a lighter option. For having a 6 car... line on arrival they move amazingly fast. The Gingerbread Latte with Oatmilk was great! Good start to what is going to be a lazyweek. Read more
Review for drinks only, not food: I?ve started going here for coffee because Starbucks has become unrealistic price wise. Why... spend $7 on a venti coffee at Starbucks when I can get an equally good coffee here for half the price? And Dunkin also hasrefreshers (which I loved getting at SB) that taste just as good as SB for, again, half the price. Update: the service here isjust about as bad as you can get. The employees do not care and they?re extremely rude. They made my drink incorrectly and whenI asked them (kindly) to remake it, they said ?We?re not supposed to do that. It?s not our problem.?
