They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals... you buy there. As a hospital worker with a 30 min lunch break, it would be nice to place the order online and not wait in line,as well as earn points. If there is a line, I have no choice but to leave because I cannot wait a long while. There is no reasonfor that either. I often choose the Subway right next door because I can order ahead on their app, but I cannot with thisChick-fil-A. The restaurant is stuck in the past. Food is decent, but nowhere near competing with the other 2 Jackson locations. Customer service at this location in JMCGH is... rather depressing. The staff has let other customers order from behind me in line and completely ignored myself on a handful ofoccasions now. I feel like this 1-star rating is quite liberal. Read more
Staffs friendly, foods ok got a sausage egg cheese biscuit and the buscuit was hard and not worth eating so threw it away.

I've had Chick-fil-A in many states & sadly this shop was not up to par with the worst of worst. We wound up throwing out food... to local birds at the hospital during our visit. At least the staff was friendly but the wait was also extreme & not even duringa busy time. Won't be back. ???? Read more
I stayed with a family member at the hospital for over a week and they literally opened and closed at random times. Never open... when they were suppose to be. Really enjoy the food though and the staff are nice (when you can actually order) Read more
Overall decent restaurant. Could be staffed a bit better as first hour of business is hectic for 1 cashier. Staff was nothing... but pleasant. Maybe staffing has changed since other reviewers came. Read more
