They do not have online order, they do not allow the use of app points, and they do not even allow earning of points for meals... you buy there. As a hospital worker with a 30 min lunch break, it would be nice to place the order online and not wait in line,as well as earn points. If there is a line, I have no choice but to leave because I cannot wait a long while. There is no reasonfor that either. I often choose the Subway right next door because I can order ahead on their app, but I cannot with thisChick-fil-A. The restaurant is stuck in the past. There is also a below average dining area that is rarely clean either. Read more
Food is decent, but nowhere near competing with the other 2 Jackson locations. Customer service at this location in JMCGH is... rather depressing. The staff has let other customers order from behind me in line and completely ignored myself on a handful ofoccasions now. I feel like this 1-star rating is quite liberal. Read more
Staffs friendly, foods ok got a sausage egg cheese biscuit and the buscuit was hard and not worth eating so threw it away.
Great service... awesome food. Fast and very friendly atmosphere
