It took an extremely long time to order my food and then when we received our meals, they were completely wrong! They did... correct the meal with no problem however; be prepared to wait for at least 15 -20 minutes for your food! The lobby was closedand the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. So; we had to wait back in the drive-thru line to get out food correctedwhich took another 15-20 minutes! Read more
The girl who took my order was fast but very cut and dry, gave us drinks and no straws. Although the older gentleman who came... and gave me my card and had me pull around was so warm and inviting and I felt so welcome in our brief encounter! I hope all canlearn from him. The visit was only 1 star because they had nothing my wife ordered,however the people should be 10 stars,clearly shorthanded... because they not only had hiring signs everywhere its also on their marquee board,and they went above and beyond to give hersomething,everytime he said they were out of something he suggested something else and still secured a sale and my wife washappy. Its shows dedication to the customers and the brand.So Burger King,we will be patient because we're confident that youall are going to bounce back!! Kudos to the staff!! The worst BK I have ever ate at I ordered 2 of the new crispy chicken sandwiches NOT SPICY the car in front of me order 4 spicy... sandwiches so I ordered my food at 9:50p.m. at 10:15p.m. I was finally given my food I was driving on a road trip and it wasnight time so as I got back to interstate and comfortable enough with the road conditions to grab a bite. I reached I the bagpulled out what I thought was a original chicken sandwich but boy was I surprised it was the spicy ???? chicken not original mylips instantly turned numbed I coughed from spices as they opened my sinuses and watered my eyes not to mention breathing ????I'm just glad I had some dairy in my lunch box to cope with burn thanks BK for almost causing my death and loss of my taste budsnext time I'll check the my food first Read more
