Pay attention to the people reviewing, most of the ones with low numbers are giving only this burger king positive reviews.... There's a reason for that. The worker here are probably trying to counteract the negative reviews by having friends and familyleave fake good reviews. Do not buy into the hype, and do not buy their food. Read more
Long day of travel from east Tennessee to Memphis. Stopped here after getting gas and was trying to get some food for the road.... Their sign said Closes at 10. Great. It was 9:40 PM we had time and there were two cars at the window waiting on their food. Wepull up, wait a few seconds. Girl screams on the intercom, Welcome to burger king, we're closed! We didn't argue. Just drove tothe Wendy's beside of this Burger King. As we ordered we watched the staff at Burger King deny two other cars service. Then theyturned their sign off at 9:45 PM. All the employees go out and start smoking. We just drove on and laughed at how horrible thisplace was. Read more
I had a limited time (not there fault) to get my food and leave. I purchased the $5 my way. And for my nuggets I got buffalo... sauce and purchased ranch. They didn't start the nuggets until everything else was done. Leaving me with zero nuggets and theydidn't give me anything catch up or dipping sauce even though I paid extra for a second sauce. I think I'll go to Wendy's nextdoor the next time ime in the area. As far as the staff, they were all nice but as soon as alot of people came in at one time itwas as of the organization went away. This is absolutely the worst burger King I've been to. Took almost 10 minutes to get my food. The short manager has an I don't... care attitude. I asked for ketchup. She said I could only have a few because she's running out. Talking out loud about thehorrible drive through customers. Avoid this place. Maybe the owner will make changes. Read more
