Great food. We were told a soon as we walked in that there were no servers and the bartender and manager were running the... floor. If you've ever worked in the food industry you know this can be extremely hard. They handled it extremely well. Thesalad had a great portion. Its hard to find good healthy food on the road. We got there at 3:45 didn't leave till 5:15. Sat for 25 minutes waiting for waitress. Table next to us finally got her... attention. Never checked on the us with out us having to wave her down. Place was not busy. Manager walked by a few times butthe only people he talked to was another couple walking out because they were tired of waiting. Hardest working bartender ever here. They were absolutely slammed every table had dirty dishes on it. The food quality was good,... service at the bar was exceptional. For some reason no one was given napkins on this Saturday game day I heard several peopleasking for them as well was served food without napkins. These times are hard and they're hanging in there. The food was good, however there were some issues. Our party was 6 adults, 1 child. We were there on a Tuesday afternoon; 2 pm.... Not busy. Our food was brought out a plate at a time, with 10- 15 minutes in between. Normally a group of people want to eattogether, not watch a couple people eat, then wait on more food to be brought out. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever! When we first came in there was no one that even welcomed us. There was extension... cords all over the dining area. It was kind of dangerous. It smelled really bad. We ordered our food and there was severalpeople that waited on us. There was a girl that just dropped our food on the table and kept going. We had 5 different orders andhad to wait ten minutes or longer between each order to get to the table. We asked for carrots and celery with our order andnever got any of it. One of the others asked for ketchup and never got it. It seemed to lots of under age people there drinking.All around bad experience! Read more
Not only was my server amazing, but the food was amazing as well. The Mountain Dew Legend drink is the stuff of legends no pun... intended. The queso cheese that I got on top of my potato wedges was just spectacular. Read more

I absolutely love BWW food but this place has some of the worst service I've had. I frequently visit to eat in, pick up orders... and pickup delivery orders. I usually feel like the staff is less than thrilled that I'm in the building. Most employees won'tacknowledge your presence at all and it's rare to see anyone in the building with a sense of urgency. Management absolutely doesnot care to improve the situation. I want to note there have been certain employees that went above and beyond butunderstandably they don't seem to work there for very long.
