We love this place. My mother lives in Jackson and loves catfish. I always stop by here and get her a family pack that she can... enjoy for a few days. The catfish is always GREAT as are the Turnup greens and hush puppies. They also have wonderfulbarbecue!!! Great food! Good prices! The buffet here has to be the best buffet in Jackson! Read more
I've heard great things about this place, and when the wedding I went to had a reception there, I definitely took my chance to... go. I'm so glad I did! It felt like I was in Pigeon Forge, a very home-y feel and so much nostalgia! Our waitresses worked veryhard and were so very nice! The best thing, though, was the food, especially the catfish. My friend and I really enjoyed our day out at this restaurant. We had a beautiful view of the water while eating our lunch.The... building was very nice and clean. I am SO happy I found this place. The food is amazing, the deserts are to die for, and the staff are all extremely friendly and... outgoing. The restaurant sits right next to a beautiful pond with a solid wall of windows to view it from just about anywhereinside. If you're ever in the Jackson are definitely check this place out! Read more
First time diner. Heard it was good so came for lunch. First impressions of the place are good. It?s truly a barn! And it?s on a... lake with relatively good views of a lake and many, many A/C units! For the price for 2 at lunch it?s not worth it. Before tipit was $32. The service was fantastic and very genuine. The food was just OKAY. I guess there?s different camps when it comes tosouthern food and I was disappointed to find that this place has Sweet cornbread! That?s sacrilegious where I?m from! Read more
