The Reuben sandwiches were very good and well worth the wait. I gave 4 stars on service because I had to wait about 10 minutes... for my food. The server let me know that there would be a wait of about 10 minutes for my fries.. so I was aware that it wouldtake longer than normal to get my food. The server who brought it out to me was very nice and apologized again for the wait. Itis nice to deal with people who have manners and appreciate their customers. The lady working the drive thru was super nice and happily took our order. My chicken, bacon swiss sandwich was really hot and... fresh as well as the fries. This was the best Arby's food and experience I have ever had. Read more
If the food was really good I?d put up with the rude workers. Not only was Carlisha (the person who took my order and gave me my... food) rude, had an attitude and was mean. Got the turkey and Swiss sandwich here and it was awful. I took one bite and the taste was so bad I puked. The roast beef was... fine, but the turkey smelt bad and had brown spots on it. Not impressed. Read more
I don't usually write a review for fast food but the service was exceptional at this location. I was impressed that the general... manager of this store was upfront and working right beside her co-workers, just as hard as they were. The brisket sandwich wasgood and the store is clean. The employees create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Thumbs up for this eatery. Read more
Other than the cheese sticks being worth the wait and that roast beef with swiss, it really is no place like Arby's with the... meat game, side game, and sweet game, all at one place. Excited to hear that the Wagyu burger was back. I drove to Arbys here in Jackson, Tn., ordered three. They were over cooked,... sloppily dressed, bread bun was not up to a gourmet burger & it had an unusual taste. I tied to eat one as I was very hungry,did consume half, my thirty three yr. old son took one bite exclaiming that it has a strange taste. Luckily we have five largedogs who found them consumable. You need to train cooks on how to prepare. 5 Guys will once again be my burger choice. Read more
