Currently in the drive thru.. been here for about 20 min and still haven?t gotten my food.. update.. 10 min later..(meaning I... waited 30 min for fast food) they finally gave me my one bag of food. They gave attitude when I corrected them on my order, thisplace is a mess. I?ve worked fast food and it is truly not that hard. Don?t expect it to be crazy fast but if I?m going to bethere for the entirety my lunch break, I?d wish to eat good food, not this trash. Read more
They literally placed the fries upside down in the bag, and the bbq sauce taste old and expired. Had to throw my sandwich away.... Hope I don?t get sick. Read more
4 Stars because of service. The food would be maybe a 2. Chicken sandwich was very dry, the crust on the chicken strips... scratched the roof of my mouth. I love chicken sandwiches, but I will never get one at Arby's again. My wife had roast beef andhers was dry as well she didn't eat half of the meat. Read more
Haven't been here for 7 years and decided to try it out again. Ordered the old beef and cheddar combo with a cup of cheddar. As... I was putting on my Arby's sauce and horsey sauce. I looked at the beef and cheddar and they only put a drip of cheddar on mysandwich and was very disappointed. Pay high prices and get little service won't be back again! Read more
I give a one star to this Arbys.. I spent 30 mins at the window after paying for my food. The workers were all dancing around... and acting a fool on their phone, with a line behind me. I order 2 kids meals! Gave me my drinks with no straws. The worstcustomer service I have ever experienced! I will not be back. If I hadn?t paid already, I?d drive off. Read more
On May 25, 2022. I went on a wasted trip across town. Well let me start at the beginning. I know it's hard to find help... now-a-days, but seriously some of these restaurants are ridiculous. I arrived at 11:39pm. According to Google, thus locationclosed at 12am. All lights were on and an employee was sitting at a table inside. I was in the drive thru when the employeeknocked on the window and signed that they were done for the night. If it's hard to find workers why not make every dollar youcan with the ones you have. I left work and drove across town to get something to eat for myself and some co-workers. I was ontime, with plenty of time left to waste. I was not able to get any food because this location closed early. Be professional andchange your closing time online or stay open till the time you say that you will. It's a waste of people's expensive gas andprecious time to lie about your hours. Thanks for not feeling like staying open and taking care of a customer. I seriouslyappreciate it. Read more
The worst service at any Arby's I've ever eaten at. Even with a kitchen loaded with employees it took almost 14 minutes just for... a single Wagyu Burger Combo. Lobby was for the most part clean but the bathrooms were all messed up. Also the fries were icecold and hard with a burger that was not portioned properly. Read more
When I eat at Arby's I usually purchase my favorite thing there and that is the market fresh turkey and swiss sandwich. They use... that thicker bread to make the sandwich, the name escapes me, I think it's whole grain bread which is a perfect compliment withthe turkey, swiss, purple onion, mayo, and Dijon mustard. And everyone loves their curly fries. I was going to give 5 starsacross the board but they were out of turkey so I chose roast beef as a replacement. I like their roast beef but they made itwith that thick bread. And one other time they kind of shorted me turkey on my sandwich. All in all Arby's is a good place todine.
