We absolutely love Sonic. We love that we can order through the app., pay for it and take advantage of special deals you can get... only in the app. Half off drinks and the famous Sonic ice is so great. First time eating here. Love the concept but when we ordered something got mixed up and my order came out with another customers... food. When I got mine it was cold (we figured out my order was mixed with theirs but the side wasn't there) All in all, the foodwas good and I would try eating here again. I've came 3 different days this week and had lunch with family and both times were excellent. Food was delicious and an employee... named Barbara was spectacular she was everywhere doing it all...and when she had no orders she was cleaning windows andsweeping she is a hard worker and very sweet and polite!!! Good place for breakfast. Great service and staff but hard to get back on the road because of the no left turn out of the... parking lot. Usually have to turn right, go to the light, turn left twice, drive through the dollar tree parking lot to get backon the road to head to town or to get back on to Ohio 32. Not Sonic's problem but an inconvenience to patrons. Read more
Decided to try it for the first time and was surprised. Only tried the drinks so far but they were pretty damn good. Only... complaint is that the stall screens where you can park and order, the button's we're a bit janky. Other than that it was a greatplace. Read more
Horrible customer service, extremely slow, couldn?t get an order correct despite being told multiple times what was wrong.... Workers and manager didn?t seem to know what they were doing or how to fix an order that they messed up. Man (who I?m assumingis the manager) tried to joke about it being ?our luck day? for him fixing a drink that they got wrong and tried to joke aboutus getting tater tots instead of the fries that we had ordered. While it?s nice to try and make light of a situation such assmall mistakes happening, the mood was not right and it?s not hard to give someone what they ordered and fix after being madeaware of the mistake. Also, trying to take food back in exchange is unsanitary, I wouldn?t like to receive food that was takenfrom a customer in exchange for their right food since I don?t know where those persons hands have been. Also, the fries wereundercooked, just looking at them you can tell they?re not cooked all the way and trying to serve these to people is disgustingand a health concern. Read more
I had a very bad experience. I was at this location for over an hour. Nothing moved fast, except the manager did show up... quickly after I called the location from the drive-in stall because no one was responding when I pressed their red call button. The picture is of the tots that I was served. The oil must have had remnants of prior burnt items- I didn't eat them, becausethe burnt specks just didn't look appetizing. The lady in the stall next to me waited 10+ minutes, and no one had yet takenher order. I saw a carhop spending time chatting with a friend when he obviously wasn't keeping up with orders. I'd say youshould follow the advice of the lady in the stall next to me - she said to head to Taco Bell. In answer to the reply from Soniccorporate - No, I don't want to follow up with the franchise owner. If you want to let a location continue to have such poorreviews, that's your decision. My decision is simply to avoid Sonic, because to allow this level of service with so manynegative reviews tells me that the problem is systemic, and natural selection should work it out eventually. Fresh food, huge onion rings. Delicious! Could use a little more salt on the burgers and rings
