Tried this place for the first time today. I am very happy that I did. Phenomenal food! Very nice people!
This is by far the best Chinese food in Jackson nj. I have tried them all, no contest, and I was a regular in Chinatown in NYC.
Ordered food which cost $75.00. Had shrimp with string beans. The whole meal was horrible. The shrimps were dry, overcooked, the... string beans were very dry, and soggy. There was no sauce. The chicken Lo Mein was dry, and the noodles were all stucktogether. The bbq spareribs were also dry, no juice at all. Took the meal and threw in the garbage. I know small business struggle to stay afloat in these times and I dislike to give a negative review but the food that I had was... just tasteless. I don't understand how hard is it to make a decent fried rice? I know I can make it but this was pale with noflavor as was my chicken with garlic sauce and the wonton soup. This place is outstanding. The food tastes phenomenal and is served to you in a non-traditional manner, which is a pro for me... since I can?t stand cookie-cutter restaurants. For those who will travel here and walk into this establishment...you will doubtyourself and hate me when appearance is first realized. This place is gangster/old and dirty. Think about that. The menu haselectric tape on it and i am waxing poetic about it abd there was a 11:00AM rush. The tell-tale signs of a quality 4-star food. Read more
