Visited this location 11/14 before work(around 7am). There was a team of workers inside but no cashier. They flagged me down to... the pick up window to place my order(because they couldn't work the speaker) then they asked *me* how much my meal "normally"costs. After about 5 minutes, they'd fixed my food and came to the window (food in hand) and repeated my price back to me. Ipulled out my debit card and because she didn't know how to work the register, she refused my card and kept the food. But evenif I had cash, how would they provide change? It's sad that noone is cross-trained to be able to keep things flowing in casesomeone(in this instance the cashier) doesn't show. And also, where is/was the manager!!??? Would have given a zero if I could! We always have ask for our food to be cooked fresh. They can?t get that one simple thing... right. What I got was a dried up, over cooked double stack.The cheese wasn?t melted, so there is no way it was cook cookedfresh. This is every time we go to this location(1240 state Street), there is always a problem with the food being old. This isunacceptable! I will not return until there is new management and staff! SMH! Just like every fast food joint in the USA. They promise a lot for a low price and in the end you're alwzys disappointed. The... service was good and the staff was friendly but the food is simply bad. I would never give a high frie for Wendy's. Read more

Food was good and everything was gotten to me in a timely manner I just hate with how much I spended Wendy's and I go to Wendy's... 2 to 3 times a week for my kids that I don't get credit for the purchases that I make and I'm making 30 to 40 dollars inpurchases in a week. The scanners at drive-thru are never working at any of the places or that's just what they're telling meand they do not have a program like Chick-fil-A where you can go in and add your receipt and get credit for it online. I likethe company but I'm about to have to make a switch because with the money I spend I would like to get something for it and thisis a travesty and I don't see any other solution and they don't seem to care Read more

I'm only rating the customer service. The restaurant location is convenient, clean, and appears organized from what I saw. I'm... from out-of-state & stopped by to grab lunch for my niece who hadn't eaten from all the anime fest excitement. The cashier wasspeedy, but not the warmest. Seemed annoyed and a bit cold. Not my favorite experience. If I were there for myself, I'd havekept my money and spent it with the vendors at the event. I'd have at least gotten better service. Read more

Need better employees or management. They never open on time for breakfast. So many people just drive away. If you do sit and... wait 20 minutes after opening, they take your order and have everyone pull into a parking area. They take your money andsometimes say the receipt machine isn't working ( when paying cash for me)and asks you to pull into a parking spot and waitanother 10 minutes or more. (And they have the nerves to have an attitude). GET SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO WORK!!! Read more

My burger was good and they were pretty fast, despite how busy they were. Only complaint was that we both asked for "No Onions"... but when we got back to the office discovered that they still put onions on both burgers. So, check your orders before youhead-out! Read more
