Tonight they are literally working on one car at a time that includes order, first window, then second window, then they'll take... the next car. They always forgetting something no matter how big or small the order is,just like tonight They never have cupholders, The worst Wendy's in the state of Mississippi period. I went to Wendy's because of a request from a relative and hungry after a football game. The drive thru line was relatively... short from my point of view. As we got closer more cars came from another direction. However, the line was moving. Got there at5:25pm and out by 6:00 pm. Only thing missing from order was some chili. The people were friendly and corrected mistake in aninstance. No question went unanswered. Hats off for the service and friendly environment!!!! Read more
Probably one of the worst Wendy?s in Jackson. The service is always terrible. It?s always slow, and they never communicate with... you. I literally waited in line for 20 minutes and then pulled up to the first window. I was in there for 10 minutes while thegirl was trying to get the cash register to work. I wasn?t sure if I was supposed to move or sit there. They didn?t make eyecontact and they ignored me. And then finally the woman in the window told me to move down. And the people at the second windowacted like I was supposed to be down there the whole time. I can?t read minds. This is only small compared to the out rightglares and eyebrows I?ve been met with over the years. Obviously this is partially my fault for being lazy and it being nearby.So I?m never going to this Wendy?s again and I hope no one else does. At least until they get better management. Especially whenit comes to customer service. As someone who has worked in the industry for several years this establishment has constantly beenan insult. Constantly living up to the stereotype.
