Worst sonic I've ever been to. Slowest service, order is always wrong. A bunch of kids work there walking around on their... phones. Management needs to step up because Byram has plenty of places to eat and sonic won't be missed if they can't step uptheir service. Read more
Got a cold brew coffee and idk if it?s supposed to taste like this but It tasted like I was drinking straight germ x I?m not... even exaggerating when I say that. I had two other people taste it and they said it tasted the exact same. Then we poured it outbc no one was going to drink it, and it looked like there was spit or plastic at the bottom. My bf got a sandwich and it was soburned it had no taste other than burned. Idk why I keep trying sonic bc I hate it so freaking much. The food is disgusting,service is terrible. Read more
Went this morning to get 2 drinks. I was the only customer there at that time. Placed my order waited 10 minutes no drink.... Called the store they said it was on the way out waited another 5 minutes and left. Horrible service Read more
I was so disappointed by Sonic today, first I received a Route 44, the cup was filthy dirty. Like mold was all on the inside of... it. On the lid it had a dirty spot you can tell it wasn't clean then the pickle fries was greasy and wasn't a whole fry. Theywere in pieces. These Fast Food Places are getting ridiculous. Wrote to Sonic about the problem they gave me another drink witha purchase of another item???? What about my dirty cup of drink I just bought and couldn't drink?? I got pictures to proveit.... I went to get a Strawberry Cheesecake Shake... didn't know it was going to cost $6.15 a bit much for a shake, if I knew that I... couldn't got a whole meal.The service was fast, employee was very nice and friendly so because of that I didn't mind the costwhen getting good service. Worst sonics ever!!!! Hard popcorn chicken that suppose to be a large, blue coconut slush taste like water, cherry limeade with... no cherry syrup, blackberry slush with no blackberry syrup, and the strawberry apricot red bull limeade slush instead. Withcarhops that can't read the order to the customer. The I guess it was a carhopper taking order with an attitude and not readingthe order back to the customer. Poor everything if I can give no stars that is what this will be. Worst experience ever. Nevercoming back here. Read more
Love there Ice but I always get it half melted and there slow to bring just ice out!
