I ordered an iced caramel coffee but it seems they forgot the coffee part. That's why I usually don't order iced coffees at... McDonald's. It's kinda like roulette. The hot coffee is usually pretty consistent. Read more
I recently moved to this area of Waukesha WI. For 10 week days every morning stopping by for an iced coffee and a milk. 9 out of... those 10 days I have received rude service. 3 times the service was so slow and I still had to wait for my drink to be made.Today I again had to wait and pull out and get back in li e. There was not an employee at either window when I pulled up to pay.Either the training sucks, the person charge sucks or both. Very slow service, 10 minutes to take my order and another 15 minutes for it to be ready. When when I bit into my burger (which... was not what I had ordered, but I didn't have time to wait another 25 minutes) it was stone cold and tasted rancid. I spat itout and walked away. This place was a mess, didn't get our order right. Drive thru was rude when we asked for napkins. They refused to make anything... spicy that day, we tried to order the spicy nuggets and the spicy chicken sandwich and was told their not making that today.Like what the hell so they can choose what they want to make? Had to call corporate just to get our frappe because they gave usthe wrong receipt, gave us a receipt for water when we bought $25 worth of food. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've evenbeen to. If I could give this place zero stars I swear I would! The staff here can not get an order right to save their lives! I just... wanted a double quarter pounder with no onions, extra pickles. The first time my burger had onions no pickles then once Ireturned it, they gave me a burger with only pickles- no mustard, ketchup, nor cheese. I got my money back but it's sad theycouldn't get this order right. I should've stayed away after i found pieces of iron that appeared to come from a grill brushcooked in my McGriddles back in April but silly me I tried to give them a second chance ????????????????
