Better this time from my last visit. Food was hot not greasy potatoes a little waterly but I rr all it was ok

Had a order for extra spicy chicken. They gave me orginal receipt. Asked for coleslaw and mashed tatters and mac and cheese i... got no mac and cheese i got 2 mashed taters and no gravy. Sad. Make sure if you go thru there drive thru thats where they liketo cheat you. Read more
I think it's sad they this restaurant would serve us chicken that looked like it had been sitting in the warmer all day. The... fries were cold and the biscuits were hard as a rock. When I made it home and noticed all this, we took the 10 minute driveback, had to wait another 20 minutes to get to the window to speak with a manager ( I feel like she knew our food was messed upwhen they prepared it), she looked in the bag and asked if we wanted our money back without asking any questions. Good service, one of more thing I want to suggest the back parking lot near Lynch st, for several months have had a flood of... water sitting at the driveway. All you need is for someone to remove the dirt for the sidewalk so the water can drain throughoutthe ditch. Please help with this matter, it messed up your vehicle after you have cleaned it, my wife will not visit thislocation because of this problem. This maybe effect customers also from eating at the location especially when it rain. Read more
